Carol Moffatt
MNZM, MAdmin(Hons), Dip Tchg, LTCL (CMT)
Carol has forty years experience in education and has been working with the Ministry of Education for the past four years as Project Manager for Interactive Education, leading the government’s information and communication technologies ICT strategy for schools. Through this strategy, she identified the need for an online learning centre (now Te Kete Ipurangi), online support for principals (an extensive support and induction programme) and school cluster based ICT professional development (now the ICT PD network programme).
Her special strengths and abilities have been acknowledged with two Woolf Fisher Awards, being admitted as a Member of the NZ Order of Merit in the Queens Birthday Honours for services to education; and most recently, a TUANZ Chairman’s Award.
Ken Kroeger
Ken has worked in the technology sector since 1987 supporting innovation in the aviation, law enforcement, news paper and training industries. After moving from Canada to Australian in 1995, Ken founded Catalyst Interactive; a global company recognised for the delivery of learning and 3D performance solutions that deliver skills and knowledge at the point of need.
Since leaving Catalyst in 2009, Ken contributes to a variety of medical, defence and ITC organisations as an advisor or director and continues to share his passion for innovation by mentoring entrepreneurs in their early stage ventures.
